We offer a 14-day return window for all items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and security seals intact. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and pierced jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Access our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
